Biofeedback & Neurofeedback

At Sound Psychotherapy & Assessment, we offer advanced mind-body therapies like biofeedback and neurofeedback to support emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being.
  • Biofeedback uses real-time data from sensors placed on your body to help you learn to regulate automatic physiological processes like heart rate, muscle tension, and breathing. Techniques like heart rate variability (HRV) training promote resilience and stress recovery.
  • Neurofeedback targets brainwave activity, helping retrain the brain toward healthier patterns to improve focus, mood, sleep, and emotional regulation. These evidence-based tools can reduce symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and more—complementing talk therapy and other treatments.

To learn more, contact Em Steen for a free screening call: 206-552-9577 or [email protected].
